- Print-ready collateral — flyers, posters, business cards, signage artwork
- Lead magnet and ebook layout and cover design
- Light photo retouching, background removal, resizing
- Infographics and simple data visualisation from data you supply
What is out of scope
- Full brand identity creation from scratch — logo systems and brand strategy are project work
- Motion graphics, animation and video editing
- UI/UX design, wireframing and design systems for software products
- Front-end development or code delivery
- Copywriting — you supply the words, we make them look right
- Original illustration, custom photography and 3D rendering
- Stock assets and font licences, which you supply or purchase
Out of scope does not mean unavailable — it means quoted as a project rather than absorbed into the subscription, so the subscription stays fast for everyone using it.
How a request moves
- Submit — brief with copy, assets, dimensions and a reference.
- Brief check — within 4 business hours. If something essential is missing we ask once, up front, rather than guessing and burning a round.
- First draft — typically 1–2 business days.
- Revisions — unlimited, usually under a business day per round.
- Approve and deliver — final files, same day as approval.
The honest bit about “unlimited”
Unlimited requests, genuinely — no cap, no overage. What is limited is concurrency: one active request at a time. Submit five items and the fifth starts once the fourth is approved. That is the thing most people misjudge about flat-rate design, so it is stated here rather than in small print. If your volume outgrows one slot, Graphics Pro runs two.
