Process & Projects
How does a typical project work?
After your inquiry, we send a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed price. Once approved, we kick off with a discovery brief to understand your brand, goals, and preferences. We deliver concepts, gather feedback, and refine through the included revision rounds. Final files are delivered in all necessary formats.
How long does a project take?
Logo-only projects typically take 5–7 business days. Full brand identity packages take 2–3 weeks. Web page designs take 5–10 business days per page. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee. We always confirm timeline before starting.
What file formats will I receive?
Brand identity deliverables include SVG, PNG (transparent background), PDF, and JPG. Print files are delivered as print-ready PDFs. Web designs are delivered in Figma or as WordPress-ready HTML. You’ll receive all source files so you’re never locked in.
Do I own the final designs?
Yes — upon final payment, you own the full copyright to all custom designs created for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions & Changes
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds — logo projects include 2 rounds, brand identity packages include 3, and full brand systems include unlimited revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond what’s included are billed at $97/round.
What if I don’t like the initial concepts?
Design is subjective, and we take that seriously. If the initial concepts aren’t close to what you envisioned, we’ll have a call to better understand your direction and present new concepts. We stand behind our work and don’t stop until you’re genuinely happy with the result.
Pricing & Payment
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — we require 50% upfront before starting any project. The balance is due upon delivery of final files. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payment schedules.
Can I request a project outside your listed packages?
Absolutely. Our packages cover the most common project types, but we handle custom scope projects regularly. Send us your brief and we’ll put together a custom proposal.
